Regional Account Manager – T-Mobile

Description / Responsibility
There is a strong potential to gain a stronger knowledge base in a growing organization, if you can meet and exceed expectations while performing these duties and responsibilities:
•Create Strategies and lead team efforts to maximize sell-through of Huawei Products within T-Mobile Wireless and other Accounts.
• Assist in building a strong and eager regional sales team to support T-Mobile Wireless while coaching and managing their daily sales efforts.
• Ensure all T-Mobile key sales regions and areas are properly trained on all relevant Huawei products for maximum sell-through of product
• Work closely with all key T-Mobile Regional Presidents, marketing teams and other key T-MOBILE managers as well as other T-Mobile business areas to grow their commitment and efforts towards Huawei wireless devices
• Work closely with Huawei VP of Sales to coordinate and execute corporate sales strategy to ensure Huawei devices are selected at T-Mobile Wireless
• Work closely with Huawei Technical Sales teams and other internal areas to communicate any issues as well as break-through opportunities.
• Gather all relevant competitive and market information and effectively communicate internally. Gather key data for internal product forecasts.
• Assist in managing various areas of T-Mobile and other key accounts business segments including customer care operations, business development, sales and marketing, reverse logistics, product quality efforts and relations management.
• Create and implement high profile sales programs while motivating T-Mobile sales and management teams as well as the Huawei regional sales team.
• Work with PCD to ensure all efforts are coordinated with corporate and T-Mobile expectations.
• Ensure Huawei product launches and placement is maximized to the fullest potential.
• Create goals with you supervisor and regularly communicate your progress and achievements when requested
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
